About Kieran
Tide and Land showcases the fine art landscape photography of British born photographer Kieran Brimson who specialises in dramatic, colourful and well balanced landscape imagery.
Based in Cornwall, England, Kieran has explored from coast to countryside, from sunrise to twilight, and always looks for unique perspectives to bring a landscape print to life.
In his mid thirties, Kieran has already enjoyed success on the international stage, with his work displayed across Europe, awards in major competitions and regular spots in magazines. Despite this success, he does not rest on his laurels, and continues to push Tide and Land into the forefront of fine art landscape photography.
Kieran started his photography journey back in 2011, photographing the sunrise on a regular basis for The Day That. He continues this even today, and has well over one thousand sunrises under his belt in all seasons.
Now, with twelve years of experience behind him, he has travelled across the world with his photography, exploring new cultures and conditions, and has a large and varied portfolio, that you can find here at Tide and Land.
Kieran’s photography prints are high in contrast and colour, and he has a great understanding of how shapes and colours can work together. In the post-processing of a photograph, Kieran breaks down the individual elements of a landscape to get the best from them, but nothing is ever faked. He never replaces skies, or pretends a scene was something when it was not.
